As our official Head of Security (self-appointed, but we respect it), Muffin keeps a close eye on the room at all times. Laughing? She loves that. Ordering drinks? Encouraged. Talking during the show, heckling, or acting like you’re the headliner?
That’s when Muffin gets involved.
Will she physically remove you? No.
Will she judge you, emotionally devastate you, and alert the humans? Immediately.
Please follow the rules. Muffin prefers a peaceful evening… but she is prepared.
Club Rules
- No outside food or beverages may be brought in or out of Scranton Comedy Club.
- We are happy to seat your party together but we ask that your entire party be present at time of seating.
- We seat starting in the front then working our way to the back. Please follow the directions of the ushers. Special seating needs may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis. If you have Front Row or VIP seats, we ask that you arrive no later than 10 minutes before showtime or else you may forfeit your seats as we need to have the front seats filled. If you will be arriving late, please call/text the club to inform us and we will keep your seats.
- You cannot talk in a disruptive manner during the show. We will kindly give you a warning, and if disruption continues you may be asked to leave.
- Please DO NOT heckle or comment on jokes. Be courteous to those around you and the comics on stage!
- Obnoxious, loud, drunken and otherwise disruptive behavior WILL NOT be tolerated in the showroom. Participating in such activity may result in IMMEDIATE EJECTION without refund.
- Out of respect to the performers on stage and everyone seated around you ALL of the following are strictly prohibited during shows:
- Mobile Devices including but not limited to Calls and Texts
- Photography and recording video/audio is NOT allowed in the showroom. Please take all of your pictures before or after the show

Where is Scranton Comedy Club located?
Scranton Comedy Club is moving to Downtown Scranton, with our comedy club opening soon at 320 Adams Ave.

How do I purchase tickets for a specific show?

Are there age restrictions?
We do not have an age restriction for our shows. We recommend ages 16+, however, parental discretion is advised as adult content and language may occur.
Are cameras/phones allowed inside of the club?
Pictures are allowed BEFORE and AFTER the show only. Taking videos or pictures during the show is strictly prohibited and may result in being asked to leave the show. The use of mobile phones (texting, calls, etc.) during the show is also prohibited.
How long do shows typically last?
Shows typically last 90 minutes but vary slightly on the comedians.
Is there a dress code?
Appropriate, casual attire.
Is the club fully accessible?
Yes. There are no stairs anywhere along the way to enter the bar or into the showroom.

Are tickets refundable?
As stated, while purchasing and on the tickets themselves, all sales for shows are final.
